We are all anxious for something, though ideally, we would love to be anxious for nothing. Is there any way to actually accomplish this?
Anxiety is one of the top mental issues in the world today. On the outside, we like to appear as if we have it all together, but on the inside we are filled with worry, insecurity, and feel completely alone.
In this series, get simple tools to help us not only get through the day, but lower our anxiety so that we can enjoy life and make the most of it. With these simple tools, we can begin to say along with Paul, “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!… Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:4-7
