Supporting women in today’s sex industry.
WE DESIRE FOR EVERY WOMAN TO DISCOVER THEIR INHERENT VALUE AND PURPOSE.
Cherished Vision Statement
AREAS OF MINISTRY
Every three-months we visit Strip Clubs with gift bags for the female employees. Gift bags include an encouraging booklet, piece of chocolate, hair tie, and an item of makeup or jewellery.
Every two-weeks we visit 2-4 Massage Parlours with love and baked goods.
Every woman has a story and we want to be a part of it. Our desire is to be able to offer tangible support and encouragement to women. This will be available through counseling resources and support groups. Cherished Aftercare is a developing ministry.
Go and love someone exactly as they are. And then watch how quickly they transform into the greatest, truest version of themselves. When one feels seen and appreciated in their own essence, one is instantly empowered.
WAYS TO SERVE
Our goal is to simply love and serve women. Our outreach teams visit the ladies at the Massage Parlours, bi-weekly.
We are in need of women with a heart to see all women discover their inherent value and worth. Grow in relationship with the ladies we love and serve by visiting the Massage Parlours, going for coffee, building friendships, and texting encouraging notes throughout the week.
We need people who are willing to bake goodies for the ladies we visit in the Massage Parlours.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
This is an area for women to be administratively involved with our Cherished Ladies. Professional Development Assistants help the ladies with further career goals and aspirations if they request (i.e. resume building, etc.).
We need committed intercessors who can stand in the gap for us. This includes personal and corporate prayer.
We are in need of trained psychologists and counselors who desire to offer their gifting to our Cherished Ladies. Statistics show that women in this industry suffer with PTSD at a similar rate to soldiers after combat.
The first step toward getting somewhere is deciding you aren’t going to stay where you are. You can’t change what happened yesterday, but you can decide where you will go from here.
