Randy Gravitt is an author, speaker, life coach, and former pastor. In 2014, he founded INTEGREAT Leadership to devote full time to encouraging leaders, organizations, and teams through his writing, speaking, and life coaching.
Randy is a passionate follower of Jesus who also happens to train and consult thousands of leaders in businesses around the world. He is well-known for his impactful coaching of Chick-fil-A Inc toward their top results in the restaurant biz, while also working with significant not-for-profits like Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and game-changers like the Pittsburg Pirates MLB Club. He has a passion to teach the importance of living a life of integrity to maximize influence. He writes and speaks on leadership, team building, as well as personal and organizational effectiveness—and he will join us to talk about how all of this connects to our relationship with God.
As a communicator, Randy has taught life and leadership skills to hundreds of audiences around the world. Randy enjoys speaking on the topics of leadership, team building, organizational effectiveness, and family life. People are drawn to his encouragement and motivational style of speaking, aimed at transformation.
