Learning Communities gather around bible study curriculum. You will be encouraged, held accountable, inspired, prayed for, and able to grow as people who are exploring faith or as Christ followers.

FALL 2020 LEARNING COMMUNITIES

SOUTHWEST CAMPUS
THE CHRISTIAN ATHEIST
by Craig Groeschel

You believe in God, attend church when it’s convenient, and you generally treat people with kindness. But, have you surrendered to God completely, living every day depending upon the Holy Spirit? This study will encourage you to be more than just “Christian” in name, to be honest before God, and to break free of hypocrisy to live in a more authentic, God-honouring life.

APOLOGETICS
by Chad Ragsdale

This series will help you answer questions about your faith, like: Why are you a follower of Jesus? Does God really exist? Is the Christian faith worth defending? This study will help you wrestle with these questions and have an answer to why you believe when skeptics ask.

Sundays, Sep 27-Nov 15 | 2:30-4:30pm

MEN’S WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
THE END… WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
by Robert Morris

The afterlife is mysterious and can often be scary and overwhelming to think about. People have many questions: What is heaven like? Is there a literal hell? Is there a judgment? Why would a loving God send people to hell?

The Men’s Wednesday Nights Learning Community is where I can be a man talking about men things with other men on the same Spiritual Journey. We’ve built a community of trust and accountability that is hard to put into words. It hit home hard recently when I was out of work. The men from my table that I had come to know and trust were phoning me with words of encouragement and prayer (and even job prospects). I had come to Christ quite recently, and never had many close friends growing up, so this was a new one for me. It still blows me away. These truly are my brothers in Christ.
